We understand that health information is particularly sensitive. Your medical data, including questionnaire responses, blood test results, and clinical reports, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

Health information is collected and processed through the Zanda medical portal, which complies with healthcare data protection standards. Access to your health records is restricted to Dr Robyn Bradfield and authorised clinical staff only.

Your health data will never be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card or banking details. Payment records (transaction amounts and dates) are retained for accounting and tax purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Medical records: retained in accordance with the Health Professions Act and HPCSA guidelines (minimum of 5 years after your last consultation, or longer if required by law)
  • Payment records: retained for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Marketing preferences: retained until you withdraw consent
  • Website analytics: anonymised data may be retained indefinitely
